Vineyard Data Quantification Society,
European Association of Wine Economists VDQS AWARDS |
On the occasion of each scientific conference, the Vineyard Data Quantification Society honours some proposals by decerning awards.
Currently the Association delivers the following Awards :
- The Association Prize is awarded to an original paper of high scientific quality.
(This award was first appointed to the Verona Enometrics from 1993-2005, and is now the "Samantha Schmid" of Enometrics)

- Local prizes, awarded since 1993, are awarded from the local authorities of wine and vine. This prize consists in a selection of local wines.

- Best young researcher, awarded since 2012. Among other selection criteria, the jury wants to favor the promotion of young researchers with this special award.
